Join Jessica Desmond for a dynamic full-body experience that blends strength training with mindful movement and deep relaxation. Each class begins with an energizing warm-up followed by a functional strength circuit using a variety of techniques—from Pilates-inspired core work to kettlebell and TRX training—designed to build power, balance, and resilience. Class closes with gentle stretching, guided relaxation, and sound healing to restore harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. All levels welcome.
