This class you will learn basics and safety in Stand Up Paddle Boarding. This program consists of learning proper form when paddling. We will go on a relaxed paced paddle with stretching to release tension in the body followed with a guided meditation to distress the body and mind. Join me every Sunday Morning at 9:30am. It's the best way to let all your stress float away and take in the beauty of nature on the water. Be there 15 mins ahead to set up. Bring Water, towel and sunblock. See you on the water!
