Stand Up Paddle Board Stretch and Meditation

This class you will learn basics and safety in Stand Up Paddle Boarding. This program consists of learning proper form when paddling. We will go on a relaxed paced paddle with stretching to release tension in the body followed with a guided meditation to distress the body and mind. Join me every Sunday Morning at 9:30am. It's the best way to let all your stress float away and take in the beauty of nature on the water. Be there 15 mins ahead to set up. Bring Water, towel and sunblock. See you on the water! Release and Relax your body

This class you will learn myofascial release by rolling out tired muscles, followed with a dynamic stretch sequence at a pace you can get deeper to increase range of motion and energize muscle fibers to stimulate the stretch reflex. Ending with a guided relaxation to distress your mind. A perfect way to start your week and let go of your stress in your body. You will feel lighter and refreshed ready to take on the week ahead. Open to all levels.
